Bader El Ali was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2014. Initially, Bader practiced primarily in family law and is currently completing a master’s degree in family law.
Since 2017 Bader, under the supervision of Solicitor Director Matthew John Fisher, has diversified her areas of practice to include all forms of general litigation, including commercial disputes with a special emphasis on Estate Disputes.
Bader is an extremely competent solicitor capable of conducting mediations and settlement conferences without the assistance of a Barrister.
Bader continues to develop her wide-ranging experience pursuant to the Thurlow Fisher Staff Development Program.
As well as having extensive family law and general litigation experience also has gained considerable experience in non- litigious matters including drafting commercial agreements, settling terms and conditions and generally drafting documents that are appropriate to the circumstances.
Bader extensive drafting experience ensures that unlike other firms our reliance on Barristers is significantly reduced in drafting affidavits and preparing the matter for court.
